Yes, when applied by certified artists with medical-grade adhesives. Every Serenity Beaute artist is certified, and we offer a sensitive-skin formula on request.

Will extensions damage my natural lashes?

Accepted Answer

Not when properly calibrated. The critical factor is weight — an extension too heavy for your natural lash will stress the follicle. Our artists size length and curl to your lashes, never the other way around.

How much do eyelash extensions cost?

First-trial pricing ranges from $58 (Lash Lift) to $148 (Designer Manga/Camellia). Most clients start with Natural Lash by Lash ($88) or Volume Fluffy ($108).

How long does eyebrow embroidery last?

1 to 3 years depending on technique and skin type. Natural 3D lasts 1-1.5 years; Misty and 6D last 1.5-2 years; 9D and Oxygen can last 2-3 years.

Is eyebrow embroidery painful?

Most clients describe it as a mild scratching sensation. We apply topical anaesthetic 20 minutes before and refresh it midway through the procedure.

Days 1-3: brows look bold. Days 4-7: light scabbing — do not pick. Days 8-14: pigment temporarily lightens. Days 15-30: true colour returns. Complimentary touch-up at 4-6 weeks.

Not recommended if pregnant, breastfeeding, on Accutane within 12 months, post-chemotherapy within 12 months, with active eczema/psoriasis on brows, or with keloid scarring history.
